Scrabble

I realize that there are ads after a game because I use the free version. However if the ads dont show up my next turns are turned off. Whats up?
I bought a new iPad because a lot of stuff wasnt working but although everything else is working now this game has still a problem.
Please fix it! I enjoy this game when it works correctly.
